SHR (Super Hair Removal) is a new technology of long term hair removal which has been hailed a huge success and is now the preferred hair removal process over IPL (Intense Pulsed Light). 

The treatment involves heating the dermis to a target temperature gradually, at that target temperature it fragments the hair follicles and effectively prevents re-growth, and this is where SHR outshines IPL, it avoids injury and unwanted side effects to the surrounding tissue. A high repetition rate of single pulses are delivered deep into the dermis, achieving a high average power and therapeutic heat build-up, without the risk of injury and NO PAIN. Unlike IPL SHR is safe and effective for all skin types, even those with sensitive skin because we are all unique!

 The laser is set to strike pigments that match your ink coloring,

the laser then zaps the ink particles which causes heat that splits the ink particles into smaller pieces. The speed causes part of the ink particles to remain cool then the opposing heat pushes the particles apart. The white blood cells surround and absorb the smaller ink particles, These ink particles are transported to the liver where it processes the particles out of the body.

The process is extremely quick and easy with minimal pain.

This facial is a two stage facial that freshens the complexion by removing the outer layers of dead skin cells from the area treated and gradually reduces the appearance of enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles as well as removing blackheads and whiteheads from the skin. There is no downtime for the client and they can return to their normal schedules straight away. 

Carbon paste is applied to the surface of the skin which is absorbed by the outer layer of dead cells of the epidermis. The deeper, living cells are not affected, and will not absorb this paste. A special filter tip of 1064nm wavelength is attached to the laser device and when the laser is applied, the wavelengths of light are absorbed by the carbon paste which is then vaporised by the Q-switched pulse along with any dead epithelial cells. 

The lining of open pores will also react with the carbon paste and blackheads and whiteheads are also removed during the treatment.

The treatment has the immediate effect of a gentle laser peel. The treatment is carried out in one session. 

This is an aesthetic technique that uses radio frequency (RF) energy to heat skin with the purpose of stimulating cutaneous collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines and loose skin. The technique induces tissue remodeling and production of new collagen and elastin. The process provides an alternative to facelift and other cosmetic surgeries such as BBL.

By manipulating skin cooling during treatment, RF can also be used for heating and reduction of fat.
